Version 1.0 Effective 2026-08-11 Draft

This document is published as a draft while it is under review. It states our actual practice; the wording may still change.

In short

  • CliqHours is provided during early access at no charge, and we will publish pricing here before charging anyone.
  • Your data stays yours. We do not claim ownership of anything your workspace records.
  • You decide who is in your workspace; you are responsible for that roster being right.
  • Either side can stop, and you can take a full export on the way out.

A summary, not a substitute. The full text below is what applies.

These terms cover your use of CliqHours, provided by INTHUB Solutions Pty Ltd (we, us). By using the service, the workspace that invited you and the people in it agree to them.

1. What the service is

CliqHours records hours worked, routes them for approval, and produces a statement of an approved period. It is not an invoicing system, a payroll system, or a system of record for employment obligations. You remain responsible for meeting your own obligations to the people you engage, including under any applicable industrial instrument or law.

2. Early access, and price

CliqHours is currently provided in early access at no charge. We may introduce pricing in future. If we do, we will publish it on our pricing page and give reasonable notice before any charge applies to an existing workspace. Nobody will first learn of a price on an invoice.

Early access means the product is still changing. Features may be added, altered or removed. We will not remove something a workspace depends on without telling them.

3. Access and accounts

Access is by invitation. An administrator in a workspace adds people by email address, and that is the only route in — there is no public sign-up. The workspace is responsible for keeping its roster correct and for removing people who should no longer have access. Signing in is by one-time code sent to that address, so keeping that mailbox secure is the practical equivalent of keeping a password secure.

4. Your data is yours

We claim no ownership of the records your workspace puts into CliqHours. We hold and process them to provide the service. You can export a workspace's data in full at any time, and you can ask us to delete it. Our privacy policy covers personal information in detail.

We do not use your data to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the product.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use CliqHours to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to;
  • store data you have no right to store, or add people to a workspace without a proper basis;
  • attempt to reach another workspace's data, or to probe, scan or overload the service;
  • resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

If a workspace does any of these we may suspend it. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you first.

6. Availability

We work to keep CliqHours available and we will tell affected workspaces about planned maintenance that will interrupt them. During early access there is no contractual uptime commitment. The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent the law allows.

7. Our responsibility, and yours

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to resupplying the service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or loss of data where you could reasonably have kept your own export.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what your workspace records. CliqHours keeps the record of what was entered and approved; it does not verify that the hours were worked.

8. Ending it

A workspace can stop using CliqHours at any time and ask us to close it. We can end a workspace's access with reasonable notice, or immediately where section 5 applies. In either case you can take a full export before the data is deleted, and we will not delete a workspace's data without giving you the chance to.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change we publish the new version here with a version number and effective date, and the version history at the foot of this page records what changed. If a change is material we will tell affected workspaces rather than relying on you to notice.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction. Our company details are on the about page; questions go to support@cliqhours.com.

CliqHours

CliqHours is a timesheet product for companies that engage contractors. People record the hours they worked, an administrator reviews and approves them, and the approved period becomes a statement both sides can rely on.
