Why we built it
We were the first customer, and we still are
INTHUB is a consulting business. Contractors work on client engagements, hours are recorded against projects at agreed rates, and at the end of every period somebody has to agree what those hours were before anyone gets paid. For years that ran on spreadsheets, and the failure was always the same one: the numbers were fine, but there was no record of who agreed to them, or when, or what changed after they were agreed.
CliqHours was built for that problem specifically. It is not an HR suite with timesheets attached, and it is not a monitoring tool. It agrees what the hours were and keeps the record of how that agreement was reached.
We run our own periods on it before we ask anyone else to. That is also why early access is deliberately small: onboarding a workspace involves talking to us, and we would rather do that properly than open a signup form.
